To be considered for housing within the Payson Street
Supportive House
you must be:

21 years of age or older

Have a Desire to change your life

A woman presently in recovery who has sucessfully completed a treatment program of six months or more
(Emergency situations will be addressed on a case by case basis)

Provide a copy of your discharge summary and continued care plan

Make available all doctors evaluations, medical and psychiatric reports

Submit for review all prescribed medications

Have a sponsor and/or obtain one while in program

Have a physical examination; exams from treatment center will be accepted

Be evaluated by The Light of Truth Center staff and complete the orientation process

Exhibit a willingness to recover and follow all house regulations

Be aware that the Center performs random drug anyalsis

Before working – establish a foundation of recovery for the first six months by being actively involve and successfully complete Aftercare Program
